| Summary, etc. | Functional equations is one of the topic that is never taught in schools but very much pursue in mathematical olympiads. Hence a need of a monograph on the subject is very much felt. Author sincerely hopes that the present book takes care of the need. The monograph explains different techniques of solving problems on functional equations. The problems used here are collected from various National Olympiads and IMOs. Some are generated by the author himself. The present 2nd revised edition contains one more section involving more recent problems. The problems are not classified; some are simple and some may be hard. All the problems are give adequated hints to help a student. |
